How do I use the Luma Sauna?

Luma Wellness is designed to be a simple, private, and self-guided experience.

When you arrive:

  2. Store your belongings in the designated area.

  4. Use the cold shower between sauna rounds if desired.
  5. Leave the sauna and facilities as you found them at the end of your booking.

Many guests alternate between the sauna and cold shower several times during their session, but you're welcome to use the facilities in whatever way feels most comfortable for you.

If you're new to sauna use, we recommend starting with shorter periods inside the sauna and listening to your body throughout the session.

How many people can attend?

Each booking is private and can accommodate up to 4 people at a time.

What should I bring to my session?

We recommend bringing:

Your session starts and finishes at the booked time to ensure all guests receive their full experience.

If you arrive late, you are welcome to use the remainder of your booked session; however, we may not be able to extend your booking if another guest is scheduled after you.
